Welcome to Bayside Community Options Inc. Bayside Community Options Inc is a not-for-profit community service incorporated association. BCO is funded by the State and Federal Governments to provide home and community care (HACC) services. We coordinate our one-to-one services and group programs supporting eligible frail older people and younger people with disabilities. We help people to better manage their daily activities and encourage people to have goals, to participate actively in their own lives and to connect with their communities in the northern bayside suburbs of Shorncliffe, Brighton, Sandgate, Bracken Ridge, Zillmere, Boondall, Taigum and Fitzgibbon. As a Community Options Program, BCO delivers assessment and case management with consumer, carer and family input and specializes in flexible services tailored to people with complex and multiple needs. We also provide services for eligible veterans through the Department of Veterans’ Affairs beyond these boundaries to Virginia, Carseldine, Bridgeman Downs, Bald Hills and Aspley. BCO is a diverse and inclusive community organisation. We are committed to culturally appropriate practices such as outreach with the local Indigenous community through the Ba’la Wandiny program.
